Binational Integral Water Management Argentina-Holland conference

On October 29 and 30 Yesterday I attended the Binational Integral Water Management Argentina-Holland conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Very interesting the exhibitions of Pablo Bereciartua, Secretary of Infrastructure and Water Policy of the Nation, and Henk Ovink, Special Envoy on Water Issues, The Netherlands, oabout the Continental Waterway project and the Dutch experiences on water management. After the conference, I had the opportunity to speak briefly with Bereciartua.
